FINAL SALE & PROMOTIONS

Occasionally, we run special promotions where certain items are marked Final Sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged, even if the promotion ends or the item returns to full price.

If an item is marked Final Sale at the time of purchase, it will remain final sale

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on all full-price, non-final sale sunglasses for domestic, non-prescription orders.

You have 10 days from the date your order was delivered (per carrier tracking) to request a return by emailing us at returns@feroceeyewear.com. Once your request is approved, you’ll have 3 business days to ship the item back using the return label provided.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Items must be unworn and unaltered

  • All original packaging must be included: box, pouch, cloth, and any promotional items

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

FREE RETURNS

Returns are free on all non-final sale domestic orders.
If you are outside the U.S., you are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and any local import taxes.

We do not refund original shipping costs or any import duties or fees paid.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & DUTIES

If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply. These rates vary by country and are subject to change, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Féroce Eyewear is not responsible for any international taxes, duties, or delays due to customs processing.
Packages cannot be refused or rejected in lieu of paying duties. If a package is returned to us for refusal of payment, you will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES

Holiday Gift Exchange Policy – 2025

Orders placed between November 1, 2025, and December 24, 2025, are eligible for one free exchange, regardless of our standard 10-day window.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted to returns@feroceeyewear.com by January 5, 2026

  • Once a prepaid label is provided, items must be shipped back within 3 business days

  • Items must be unworn and returned with original packaging

Shipping for exchanges is free. If you return an exchanged item, a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund for the return label. Alternatively, you may use your own carrier.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email returns@feroceeyewear.com with your order number and reason for return. You have 10 days from delivery to request a return. After approval, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and must ship your item back within 3 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

PACKAGE DELIVERY LIABILITY

Once your package is marked delivered by the carrier, Féroce Eyewear is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information and retrieving your order promptly upon delivery.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email returns@feroceeyewear.com right away. We’re here to make it right.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If an item you purchased goes on sale, we are happy to honor a price adjustment within 5 days of your order date.

PROMOTION TERMS

Buy Two, Get 20% Off
This discount applies only when both items are kept. If one is returned, the discount is removed and the remaining item will be charged at full price.

Gift With Purchase
If you return an item that included a free gift, the gift must also be returned in its original condition.
