Occasionally, we run special promotions where certain items are marked as Final Sale. If an item is purchased while marked Final Sale, it will remain final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, even if the promotion ends and the item is no longer marked as final sale or returns to full price.

Orders placed on FeroceEyewear.com on items marked down included in our Sale page are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items marked Final Sale are final sale.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
WE ACCEPT REFUNDS ON ALL OUR SUNGLASSES WITHIN 10-DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER(USPS TRACKING) TO THE DATE YOU CONTACT US REQUESTING A RETURN. (DOMESTIC & NON PRESCRIPTION ORDERS ONLY)
WE ONLY ASK THAT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE MET:
ITEM/S MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.
ITEM/S MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
PLEASE, YOU MUST USE ORIGINAL BOX FOR RETURN AND INCLUDE POUCH, CLOTH, ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ANY OTHER ITEMS THAT MAY BE INCLUDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
EXCHANGES
Gifting Exchange Policy for HOLIDAYS 2023
As of November 8th, all items purchased will be eligible for one free exchange. Item exchanges must be requested by email to returns@feroceeyewear.com before January 2nd,
And mailed back to us within 3 business days of receiving a pre-paid label (verifiable by carriers tracking).
Please Note: All items to be exchanged, must be unworn and shipped back to us along with original packaging.
Exchanges are shipped free of charge. Returns on exchanges will be charged a $5 shipping fee for a label and deducted from the return amount. Alternatively shipping can be provided with your own provider and label.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
RETURNS ARE FREE ON ALL FULL PRICE SALES. SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL DOMESTIC RETURNS; HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE BASED OUTSIDE THE U.S. YOU WILL NEED TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES AND HANDLE THE COST OF SHIPMENT BACK TO US.
HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?
IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE FOR ANY REASON, email us at returns@feroceeyewear.com and request a pre-paid label TO SEND US YOUR UNWORN/UNUSED SUNGLASSES. YOU HAVE 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER TO RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND ONTO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED.
(PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND INITIAL SHIPPING CHARGES, IF ANY INCURRED, FOR GOODS RETURNED, OTHER THAN FOR FAULTY ITEMS.)
ONCE THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND INSPECTED BY US, YOU WILL EITHER RECEIVE YOUR NEW ITEM (FOR EXCHANGES) OR REFUND (ITEM PRICE EXCLUDING ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST, IF ANY INCURRED).
FÉROCE EYEWEAR CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF SUNGLASSES BEING RETURNED. WE RECOMMEND USING A REGISTERED POST SERVICE OR USE OUR RETURN LABEL (PLEASE REQUEST) TO RETURN GOODS, AND KEEPING A RECORD OF THE TRACKING DETAILS.
NOTE: YOU HAVE 10 DAYS TO SEND BACK YOUR SUNGLASSES FROM THE DATE RECEIVED.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
WE TRY AND PROCESS RETURNS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
IF YOU'RE REFUNDING, WE WILL REFUND YOU THROUGH THE SAME METHOD YOU USED TO PAY (PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD) WITHIN 2 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
WHILST WE HOPE THIS NEVER HAPPENS, IF YOU DO RECEIVE DAMAGED SUNGLASSES, OR HAVE A MANUFACTURING FAULT OCCUR, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AT RETURNS@FEROCEEYEWEAR.COM
In the event we change or adjust promtions, we can honor price adjustment only within 5 days of date of purchase..
